Why Weiler?

First, Weiler grinders are known for being able to do a lot of different things. They can be used for many other things, both raw and frozen. People like the Weiler brand because it can change to meet customer needs. This is because you can change out many parts to change the size, performance, and speed.

Weiler grinders are also known for being able to last for a long time. They are built to last and work well in challenging situations. Since 1939, this company has been making high-quality machines. Many are still operating thanks to caring of M&M.

Last but not least, the cost of owning Weiler equipment is meagre. Even more so, when you buy a reconditioned machine from M&M that is fully functional, we can help you get a better grind for less money.

This model can have an extra-long hopper added to it. The extra length of the Weiler 1109B Long Grinder lets you control how finely your pre-broken frozen and fresh products are ground. Second, the screw and spiral flight head is made of stainless steel, which makes them more durable and long-lasting than nickel-plated alternatives. Third, we put in brand-new pulleys and rebuilt the stainless steel hopper with a 3-point setup.

Why Did M&M Build?

The first cost of new equipment is always more. We can save money by using frames and parts that can be used more than once. M&M keeps remanufacturing costs low by combining processes in our building. We have the tools, skills, and turn-around times to offer reasonable prices.

Also, M&M’s reconditioned equipment keeps its value the best over time. We not only take the time to make controls that work well, but we also use standard, high-quality, stainless steel parts that last a lifetime. Or longer.
