As managing director and partner, Marc Newman had a vision to develop a company that treats employees and customers with respect, values and honesty. Since 1991, Marc has been perceived throughout the food processing equipment industry as a highly regarded equipment buyer. Marc’s 35-year entrepreneurial career has enabled him to thoroughly conduct a vast majority of M&M Equipment’s logistical and operational processes including their highly regarded machinery reconditioning program. Marc’s vast knowledge of food equipment safety also stems from the beginning of his career after earning his B.S. degree in Food Sciences from San Diego State University.

Brett is an experienced entrepreneur accelerating growth at emerging companies with a consistent record of achievement driving revenue, market share and product advancement. Brett is responsible for managing growth trajectory of M&M Equipment Corp and M&M Auctions Inc, and began his career at M&M Equipment after spending 7 years as the founder of a real estate technology company. As Chief Operating Officer, he was part of the leadership team that grew the online real estate platform to over 15,000 online listings with operations in the United States and Europe before being acquired in 2018. In addition, Brett is a licensed auctioneer an he is listed as the managing auctioneer for M&M Auctions Inc.

Max began his career at M&M Equipment in 2014 after spending 7 years managing sales teams in the auto industry. As a certified industrial equipment appraiser, Max brings a wealth of knowledge to the M&M Equipment team with a cohesive negotiating style and technical machinery background. As an Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) certified appraiser, Max is highly trained in assessing a variety of industrial machines and facilities. His broad knowledge of industrial equipment and asset recovery encompasses a background in meat processing, industrial packaging, metal detection, and plant-based operations such as cannabis processing and meat alternative products.
