VEMAG 980 Grinder With Separation Device. Functions with Vemag HPE series vacuum stuffers. 100mm hole plate diameter, output up to 8.7 tons an hour. Removes sinews, bone and rind. The 980 has a wide variety of applications including separating bone particles from meat & poultry. Does not include plates, knives or studs.
