All stainless steel construction, 31″ wide conveyor belt, up to 1,050 slices per minute with a stroke rate of 40 to 160 strokes/min, slice thickness between 0.22” to 0.69” (5.6mm to 17.5mm), optimal product temperature 18°F to 24°F, includes 991-9023 hydraulic power pack, 240V/3PH/60HZ.
