PHILAPACK FILLMASTER 5000 Piston Filler. all stainless steel construction, 25 gallon conical hopper, (4) 8 fl. oz. capacity cylinders and pistons, (4) positive cut-off filling nozzles, 3 way valve with PEEK valve rotor, micro-fill adjustment, air filter-regulator-lubricator, air cylinders to drive pistons and valve rotor, Utility requirements – 5-7 cfm @100 psi, includes: 10ft x 4 1/2″ wide stainless steel conveyor with wash down drive, Automatic container indexing mechanism, Diving nozzle mechanism for bottom up fill, Level control for hopper, Rotary feed table, 36″ dia. disc. manual foot-pedal operated, but fully automatic.
