– Custom Design and Fabrication: We propose to design and build a premade pouch machine,
engineered to accommodate a variety of pouch sizes. Specifically, it will handle pouches with widths
ranging from 4.5 inches to 9 inches, and heights from 5 inches to 12 inches, catering to diverse
packaging needs.
– Operational Efficiency: The machine will efficiently pick a pouch from the magazine, open it, and
precisely position it under the depositing funnel. Following product deposition, the pouch will be
securely sealed and then smoothly discharged onto a conveyor for further processing.
– High-Quality Construction: The packaging machine will be constructed from 304 stainless steel,
ensuring durability, robustness, and adherence to food safety standards.
– Advanced Control System: Equipped with a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi PLC control system and
a user-friendly 7-inch HMI screen, the machine will offer seamless operation and easy adjustability
for various pouch types and product specifications.
