DURA-PACK DL-425 MULTI-LANE WEIGH FILLING SYSTEM. Stainless steel construction, equipped with inclined “Z” product conveyor, receiving hopper, process conveyor, (4) bulk trays with vibratory product feeding, (4) weigh buckets, (8) mounted load cells, discharge hopper, controller, and (4) dust collection hoses (vacuum not included), system operates at variable speeds depending on product and package configuration and was previously running approximately 26–30 jars per minute with approximately 3% variance. Previously used with jars ranging from 60mm to 120mm and products weighing approximately 3–5 grams per unit, with package configurations ranging from 30 to 360 counts per jar, product is elevated into the receiving hopper, vibrated into the bulk trays, accumulated according to the programmed settings, transferred into the weigh buckets, and automatically discharged through one of four lanes when the target weight and jar position are reached, includes programmable product settling/shaking cycle prior to jar release and operator manual.
