New Pujolas Automatic Stuffing System

This system allows for the stuffing of most products up to 35" long. It is designed for commercial food processing applications, such as those in the beef, pork, and poultry industries. The machine features a stuffing portion that shapes the product using an upper and lower mold with a pusher to press the product into the casing or netting.

The machine consists of four main parts: an infeed conveyor for continuous automatic stuffing, a stuffing portion with a mold and pusher, a Poly Clip PDCM 80 Clipper with an integrated auto looper, and a Pujolas PMT 360 automatic casing and netting applier.
