TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SALE

NOTICE: All buyers acknowledge that they have read, understand and accept all these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound thereby.

Sale Terms: All equipment will be sold “As Is-Where Is” and the buyer will be responsible for all expenses incurred for removal and shipping. No assets will be removed until full payment has been received. Purchasers shall be responsible for payment of all applicable sales taxes. A bidder that is exempt must provide an exemption certificate satisfactory to M&M Equipment Corp. to be entitled to claim the exemption.

PAYMENT: All buyers will be invoiced with payment due on receipt. Payment shall be by check or wire transfer. A fee will be charged for wire transfers. All checks shall be payable to M&M Equipment Corp.

Removal: Shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchasers. No purchase may be removed until payment is made in full. All riggers designated for removal are independent contractors. M&M Equipment Corp. And Hope Foods shall not be liable for any damages caused to persons or property in connection with removal of equipment from the sale site.

Inspection: All persons entering the premises of the sale for equipment inspection do so at their own risk, expressly assume all risk of injury or damage while on the premises and agree that neither M&M Equipment Corp. nor the Hope Foods shall be held liable for any injury or damage to them or their property while on the premises.
