VC999 Automatic Vacuum Packaging System

The system features all stainless steel construction with twin 34" long sealing bars and a 9.8" product height. It includes a 28" wide quick release conveyor belt and an 8" high resolution touch screen for controls. This unit operates on 440V/3PH/60HZ power.

The package includes a VC999 model 85.47i electric operated high capacity Shrink Tunnel, a TR2 Air blow off, and a VC999 Trim Removal system. These components work alongside the primary vacuum packaging unit to support your production line.

This machine is capable of 2-3 cycles per minute. The inclusion of a quick release conveyor belt and high-capacity shrink tunnel helps maintain throughput for commercial food processing operations.
