How do I register for the auction?

You can register to bid through the M&M Auctions Inc Bidspotter bidding portal. A link will be provided on the listing page. Registration requires basic contact information and a refundable bidder deposit.

Is this a timed online auction?

Yes. This is a timed online auction. Bidding opens in advance and lots will begin closing on Monday, September 17th, 2025.

Where is the equipment located?

All items are located at JTM Foods in Harrison, Ohio. The exact address will be provided upon inspection confirmation or to winning bidders after the auction.

Can I inspect the equipment?

Yes, inspections are available September 10–12, 2025 by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

When will removal take place?

Removal will begin shortly after the auction closes. All equipment must be removed within the designated removal window. Specific removal dates and instructions will be provided to winning bidders. A designated rigger will be on site responsible for managing all equipment loading for winning bidders. Please note, self rigging is not allowed for this auction.

Is rigging assistance available?

Yes. We have experienced riggers familiar with the facility and equipment. Rigging quotes can be provided upon request during inspection or after the auction.

What is the buyer’s premium?

The auction will include a standard buyer’s premium. Full terms and fees will be detailed on the auction listing.
