A-ONE CBD-66 Vat Dumper

The A-ONE CBD-66 features a 66 Inch dump height and a 3,000# capacity. This machine is constructed with all stainless steel T-304 and utilizes polymer bearings for operation. It includes a 40-degree dump angle to facilitate the movement of bins or vats into downstream equipment.

This unit is equipped with a 5 HP motor and a stainless steel hydraulic power pack featuring covers and 5' hoses. The system includes a NEMA 4 X SS Control Panel with a Contactor, along with Up/Down pushbuttons and a main disconnect for operation.

The unit is constructed from all stainless steel T-304. Additionally, the hydraulic power pack is made of stainless steel to meet industrial standards for food processing environments.

This vat dumper is suitable for heavy-duty applications in meat, poultry, bakery, produce, and prepared foods operations. It facilitates the lifting and tipping of containers into mixers, grinders, or cookers to ensure consistent feed rates and cleaner transfers.
