Acasi GI 3300 Pressure Overflow Bottle Filler

The machine features a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel welded C frame, a 20 Gallon stainless steel overflow tank, and a stainless steel feeding manifold. It is equipped with a 316 stainless steel centrifugal pump and a 316L stainless steel sanitary check valve. The unit also includes an acetal chain on the conveyor and is designed to work with both plastic or glass containers.

This model utilizes Omron PLC logic functions, a Frequency control drive for pump speed, acceleration, and deceleration. It features fiber optic sensors for container gating with a no bottle no fill PLC function. Operators can adjust filling times via an Omron Timer on the front panel, which also houses the bottle counter.

The machine features a calibrated guide to allow for fast height changeovers. Users can adjust container heights from 1 to 16 inches and nozzle strokes from 0 to 10 inches. Additionally, the nozzle spacing is fully adjustable through top screws, and the entry and exit bottle gating cylinders offer multidirectional adjustments.

The system operates with a 1hp motor running at 220V/3PH/60Hz, 10 Amps. It requires 5 CFM @ 80 p.s.i. The 316 stainless steel centrifugal pump provides a flow rate of 96 Gallon per minute. An air cylinder with magnetic sensors manages the nozzle movement.

The unit includes a 10-foot conveyor with a 4.5-inch wide acetal chain that features speed control. It also comes equipped with a PLC-controlled pneumatic drip tray. The entire machine is mounted on four heavy-duty casters for mobility within your processing facility.
