Accutek/BEL Jar Fill Line

This system is designed to handle viscous products, making it suitable for operations such as peanut butter or other nut spreads. The line was previously used to fill 6 and 10oz jars. Its configuration supports heavy-bodied contents that require consistent portioning in a commercial food processing environment.

The line includes a Graco SaniForce Drum Unloader, an REB Model IVS-6 six head piston filler, and two Accutek unscrambling tables. Additional components include a Jar Sanitizer, a Cap Bulk Loader elevator and Orientator, an Automatic Spindle Capper, an Automatic Induction Cap Sealer, and a label applicator with a code dater.

The equipment features an REB Model IVS-6 six head piston filler. While the original video for this line featured an Accutek AVF4-16 depositor, that unit was replaced by the current REB six head piston filler.

The system includes an Accutek Model 50.OOE.OH2 Cap Bulk Loader, an Accutek Model ASC-6 Automatic Spindle Capper, and an Accutek Model 2A.APS.106 label applicator with a code dater. These components work in tandem to complete the container finishing process.
