Vertical continuous band sealer with 4′ adjustable floor stand, 3/8″ wide hermetic seal (optional 1/8″ and 1/4″), variable speed up to 540 in/min (45 FPM) ultra-quiet gear motor, digital PID temperature control with autotune, 5″ heating zone and 5″ cooling zone rated to 450°F ±2°F, chrome-plated sealing assemblies with nickel-plated cooling section and anodized aluminum chassis, heavy-duty laminated Teflon sealing bands, front and rear heaters with Tyvek heater on/off switch, seals polyethylene, polypropylene, laminates, nylon, Tyvek, PET/polyester, foil and stand-up pouches, optional embossing coder, 110 VAC/10A/60Hz, no compressed air required.
