ALL PACKAGING MACHINERY VBS-3/8 VERTICAL ROTARY BAND SEALING SYSTEM

This machine seals polyethylene, polypropylene, laminates, nylon, Tyvek, PET/polyester, foil, and stand-up pouches. It features heavy-duty laminated Teflon sealing bands to ensure reliable closures for commercial food packaging applications.

The unit features a 5-inch heating zone and a 5-inch cooling zone, both rated to 450°F ±2°F. It utilizes digital PID temperature control with autotune and includes chrome-plated sealing assemblies with a nickel-plated cooling section.

The system operates at variable speeds up to 540 in/min (45 FPM) powered by an ultra-quiet gear motor. It runs on 110 VAC/10A/60Hz and does not require compressed air for operation.

The standard configuration provides a 3/8-inch wide hermetic seal. Options for 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch seals are also available for this specific machinery.

The unit includes a 4-foot adjustable floor stand and an anodized aluminum chassis. It also features front and rear heaters equipped with a Tyvek heater on/off switch, along with an optional embossing coder.
