APM Band Sealing Process

The APM sealer is designed to seal plastic and laminate the bags using a continuous band heat sealing method. Here’s how it works.

1: Bag Positioning

Place the open end of a filled bag into the machine’s sealing area. The conveyor moves the bag along the sealing belt.

2: Heat and Pressure

Heating elements apply controlled heat to the bag as it passes through the pressure roller and pressed together to seal the bag. The roller presses the bag material together. 

3: Cooling

The machine cools the sealed area to solidify the bond, creating a durable, airtight seal suitable for a variety of bagged products.
