Bizerba GT-12C Weigh Label Line

The Bizerba GT-12C Weigh Label Line is designed for automatic labeling of pre-packaged goods. It features a quick belt change system and a modular control cabinet for error analysis. The unit includes an Air Jet applicator head, a 12" Color LED Display, and the capability to apply labels to both top and bottom positions.

The machine features a 300mm x 1400 mm labeling conveyor with left-to-right transport. It is capable of processing up to 100 packages per minute. Regarding label dimensions, it supports a print width of 168 mm and accommodates label core diameters between 74-82 mm.

This equipment is suitable for various commercial applications including bakery, beef and pork, cheese & dairy processing, pet food, poultry, sausage, seafood, and vegetable production. It can handle multiple formats such as trays, bags, pouches, and thermoformed containers to meet the needs of large-scale packaging plants.
