CARRUTHERS Logger

The CARRUTHERS Logger is a programmable one-dimensional meat portioner designed for deli meats, deli loafs, and snack sticks. This machine provides clean, precise cuts on various items including processed logs and other similar products. This unit features a maximum belt speed of 40 ft/min. When processing 6' Deli Logs chubbing at 6" long, the capacity is over 3,000 lbs/hour. These capabilities allow food processors to maintain high-throughput production for their meat products.
