CFS Rigid CompactPacking Machine

This machine is intended for items requiring rigid film protection, such as fresh meats and semi-fragile products like fresh pasta. The use of a thicker forming film provides protection for these specific contents. It is suitable for various industrial applications including meat, poultry, seafood, and cheese processing.

The unit features a 420mm web width by 400 mm advance with a standard 3-4 mm top sealing film. It operates on 460V/3PH/60HZ and requires 33.14 Amps. Please note that this machine also requires a compressed air and water supply to function correctly.

The system includes a film rewind system, a cut knife system, a vacuum pump, and a trim canister. Additionally, it comes equipped with two sets of inserts to produce both 2 and 4 up packages for your production line.
