CUSTOM STAINLESS Storage Tank

This vertical fermentation tank measures 51" tall by 44" in diameter. It is constructed of stainless steel and sits on four 17" tall legs with 6" diameter pads. These proportions provide a compact footprint for commercial food processing operations while maintaining the necessary vertical space for fermentation processes.

This unit is a new 335 Gallon tank constructed from stainless steel. Designed for industrial use, it serves as a durable storage vessel suitable for various food processing applications. The top features an 18" diameter hinged access door and several specific connections. These include one 3" fitting, one 2.5" fitting, two 1.25" tri-clover clamp fittings, and a 1.25" center spray nozzle. An additional 3" x 58" long overflow pipe is also included in the configuration.

The bottom of the tank features one 3" drain outlet for easy emptying. Additionally, three 2" tri-clover clamp fittings are mounted just 2" above the tank bottom. These components are designed to facilitate efficient cleaning and liquid movement in a commercial food production environment.
