All heavy-duty stainless steel high-capacity dicing machine designed for continuous cutting of meat, poultry, and cheese products, capable of producing flat slices, strips, and precision dices with adjustable cut sizes, large product drum accepts product blocks up to approximately 8.66″ x 11.61″, three-stage cutting system utilizing slicing knife, circular knives, and crosscut spindle for accurate and uniform cuts, quick-change knife spindles with splined shafts for easy maintenance and fast product changeover, sanitary design with separated drive and product zones and watertight construction for hygienic operation, hinged swivel slicing gate for simplified cleaning and service, heavy-duty industrial frame for high-production environments, production capacity up to approximately 1,764 lbs/hr depending on cut size and product type, 15 HP drive motor, 460V/3PH/60HZ.
