DIGI EUROPE AW 5600 II with HI 700W Check Weigher

This complete packaging overwrap line includes a Digi AW5600 II feed wrapper and labeler, a Ravenswood Pkg. Label machine (Mdl. Nobac 500, SN 1394), and a Digi HI 700 W check weigher. A thermal printer is also included for labels measuring between 1.6-3.1 inches wide by 1.1-4.1 inches long.

The equipment accommodates packages with a width of 5.1 to 15 inches, a height of 0.4 to 5.1 inches, and a depth of 3.1 to 10 inches. This setup is designed for commercial operations requiring consistent packaging output.

The equipment is capable of reaching speeds up to 36 packages per minute. It integrates the feed wrapper, labeler, and check weigher into a single production flow for commercial food processing.

The system supports a film width ranging from 300 to 450 mm. This specification ensures compatibility with various materials used in commercial overwrap applications.
