FAM ILC-3D Dicer

The machine offers multiple cut options, including a Slice Shell from 3/32 inch (2mm) to 1 1/8 inch (28mm). The Circular Blade Spindle provides cuts from 3/32 inch (2.4mm) to 1.5 inch (40mm), while the Crosscut spindle covers 4/25 inch (4mm) to 2.25 inch (60mm). It is capable of producing both flat and crinkle cuts.

This unit will accept products up to 9 inch (225mm) in diameter. Depending on the specific product and cut, it can achieve a throughput of 15,432 lb/hr (7,000 kg/hr). The system features a 10 inch diameter crinkle slice drum and includes a four-paddle impeller to process food products efficiently.

The machine is equipped with a 5 HP motor. It operates on a 220/460/3PH/60HZ electrical configuration to power the industrial cutting components.

The FAM ILC-3D Dicer features a 72 inch high in-feed. The unit provides a 40 inch discharge height to integrate into your production line. For easier maintenance, the machine includes a dedicated lube cluster.

The equipment comes set with a 1/2 inch (12mm) cut crosscut spindle. Additionally, it includes both a 1.5 inch (38mm) and a 2 inch (51mm) cut circular knife spindle for versatile industrial applications.
