FLEXOPACK IV450 Rotary Vacuum Bag Sealer. Rotary-style vacuum bag sealing system featuring six seal chamber stations and approximately 12 total platens. Year: 2016. Operates at an estimated speed of 35 packages per minute. Equipped with a heat seal bar and integrated knife for precise, efficient sealing.
Includes Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L18ER PLC, Allen-Bradley HMI, and PowerFlex 525 variable frequency drive. Outfitted with safety guarding and an exit conveyor approximately 42″ (1067mm) wide.
System comes with a Flexopack iShrink 550 hot water shrink tunnel (serial #117), built in 2014, featuring a 24″ wide by 16″ tall aperture and 22″ wide belt.
Originally built in 2016 and last used for meat packaging applications, 460V/3Ph/60Hz.
