This machine is designed to dice meat, cheese, fish, vegetables, fruit, and other food products. The heavy-duty stainless steel construction allows it to handle a variety of items for industrial production. Its versatile design makes it suitable for diverse applications across the beef, poultry, seafood, and dairy processing industries.

The compact semi-automatic design features a double chamber system that allows for simultaneous loading and cutting. This configuration enhances production efficiency for high-volume operations. By allowing operators to load one side while the other is being cut, it streamlines the workflow for consistent output.

The unit features a hydraulic pre-compression system that holds products firmly to ensure clean, precise cuts with perfect cube edges. It is equipped with extremely long grid blades designed to cut through meat and sinew cleanly. Operators can adjust the cutting length from 0–45 mm to meet specific requirements.

The machine operates at 3.4 kW with a 220V/3PH/60HZ power requirement. It is capable of up to 560 cuts per minute and provides a throughput of up to 950 kg/hour. The chamber dimensions are 90 mm x 90 mm x 310 mm, and the machine weighs approximately 260 kg.

The unit measures approximately 1300 x 660 x 1115 mm. It is mounted on casters to provide mobility within a processing facility. The design includes an ergonomic single-hand operation, a hygiene door, and tool-free grid changes for convenient maintenance.
