FORMAX F-26 Food Former

The FORMAX F-26 features a 7.5 hp compression system and operates at 440V/3PH/60HZ. It includes a variable speed mold plate drive, a paper feed system, and produces between 25 to 80 strokes per minute. The unit is equipped with a 1,000 Lbs. capacity hopper with an extension and a built-in buggy dumper.

The machine features a 26" wide usable mold plate width. The mold plate thickness can range from 3/16" to 2-5/8". Please note that TF tooling and Mold Plates are not included with this specific unit.

This industrial food former is designed for commercial processors to portion and shape proteins and mixes into consistent patties, nuggets, meatballs, and other formed products. It is suitable for use in meat, poultry, seafood, bakery, and alternative protein production lines.
