FORMAX PFM 6 Pattymaker/Former

This machine produces up to 60 cycles per minute. It features a 10 hp self-contained hydraulic system and a 400# capacity hopper. The unit is designed for commercial food processors to create consistent patties, nuggets, and meatballs.

The machine features a 6" wide usable forming width and includes a paper feed system for 5" and 5.5" sizes. It operates on 208V/3PH/60Hz power. A 3' long exit conveyor is included with the unit to assist in production flow.

This industrial former is designed to portion and shape proteins and mixes into consistent patties, nuggets, meatballs, and other formed products. It is suitable for use in the beef, pork, poultry, sausage, and seafood industries.
