Grote 640-E Slicer

This machine can slice and apply most boneless/non-frozen meat, fish, poultry, cheese, bread products, fruits, and vegetables. It is designed for industrial applications in various sectors including bakery, dairy, and meat processing. The unit's versatility allows it to handle a wide range of food products across multiple production lines.

The machine features a slicing zone up to 40" wide with a maximum 6" slicing stroke. It is capable of producing up to 176 strokes per minute per lane. The unit also utilizes an approximately 6' long band saw blade for operation.

The Grote 640-E is designed for industrial use with a 3/60/480 volt (480V/3PH/60HZ) power requirement. Please contact our team for specific details regarding your facility's electrical configuration.

The unit includes an Allen Bradley Panelview C600, an A/B Micrologix 1100 PLC, and an A/B Ultra3000 servo drive. Additionally, it comes with a stainless steel parts cart featuring specific feed chute configurations for production efficiency.

The included 304 stainless steel parts cart features three feed chutes measuring approximately 29-1/4" long x 9" wide x 4" deep with a single row of six 1-1/4" diameter x 36" long tubes. A second feed chute is provided with a double row of six 1-1/4" diameter x 36" long tubes.
