Handtmann VF 616 Linking Line Including: VF 616 vacuum stuffer with built-in buggy dumper, vacuum stuffer operates at 45 bar of filling pressure and up to 700 portions per minute. Portion sizes between 5 grams and 100,000 grams. 242-16 linking system and AHL hanging chain. This system handles 13mm- 34mm casing sizes up to 25mm long. Capacity up to 3,000 portions per minute, 230V/3PH/60HZ.

With the integrated Handtmann vane cell feed system the new FPVLH 242 is eminently suitable for maximum performance with cooked sausage products in collagen and peel-off casings. Ultra-precise portioning together with equal length and capacities up to 3,000 portions per minute – the most recent development from the AL series offers maximum utilization of machine capacity, high process reliability and optimum product quality. These advantages can be used in multiple ways by connecting two (or more) FPVLH 242 machines to one pump.
