HOBART 2032 Mixer Grinder

The unit features a 7.5 HP Grind Motor and a 1 HP Mix Motor. It operates on a 208V/3ph/60hz, 30 Amps electrical system. These components work together to provide a grind rate of 55 to 60 Lbs./minute for your commercial meat or poultry processing needs.

This machine is equipped with a 200 Lbs. capacity hopper. The design includes an inclined hopper to allow for easier loading and a tilted worm that provides a convenient output height. A right side feed attachment is also included as part of the configuration.

The worm rotates at 216 RPM while the mix arm rotates at 23 RPM. These specific speeds are engineered to facilitate consistent particle definition and seasoning distribution across various recipes in a commercial production environment.

This mixer grinder is designed for industrial applications including beef, pork, poultry, sausage, and seafood. It combines batch mixing and size reduction into one machine to process items ranging from ground beef to various sausage blends.
