LASKA KU 750 AC Bowl Chopper

This machine features a 750 liter bowl capacity and is built with all stainless steel construction. It operates with a 335HP motor at 460V/3PH/60HZ, drawing 549 AMPS. The unit also includes a microprocessor-controlled system and a built-in steam jacket with a closed low pressure steam system for temperature regulation.

The unit is equipped with a left side loader and a right side unloader. These configurations facilitate the processing of materials into consistent batters and emulsions for products like sausages, pâtés, and prepared foods.

The Laska KU 750 AC provides both a 4 speed knife and a 4 speed bowl. These settings allow food processors to achieve precise consistency when chopping, emulsifying, or blending ingredients like meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
