MEPACO TBD170 Blender Cooker

The MEPACO TBD170 has a 1,000 Lbs. capacity (102 Gallons). This industrial blender is designed for mixing, tumbling, and homogenizing batches in food processing environments. It can handle various products including proteins, produce, sauces, and prepared foods to ensure batch-to-batch uniformity.

This machine is equipped with (2) 7.5 hp drive motors powered by 440V/3PH/60HZ. These industrial components provide the necessary power for heavy-duty blending operations in a commercial food processing facility.

The unit features ribbon style mix arms with scrapers to facilitate effective blending. Additionally, it is designed with a dual door end discharge to assist in moving materials through your production line.

The TBD170 features a steam fired jacket rated at 90 MAWP @ 335 degrees. This allows the equipment to withstand high-pressure and temperature requirements typical in industrial food processing applications.
