MTC HLC-2 COLUMN DUMPER

The MTC HLC-2 Column Dumper features an 800 lb capacity. It is constructed of all stainless steel and includes a heavy-duty vertical column lift for industrial use. This unit is designed to handle demanding tasks in food processing environments, such as moving meat carts or totes to feed mixers and grinders.

This machine provides approximately 45°–60° dump capability for efficient product discharge. It includes a safety anti-drop locking mechanism designed to prevent carriage free-fall during operation. These features ensure safer, repeatable handling when integrating upstream batching with downstream equipment on production lines.

The removable chute reduces stock dump heights by 21" on the 400 lb buggy and 10" on the 600 lb buggy. Without the chute, the dump height is 90" with a 400 lb buggy and 80" with a 600 lb buggy.
