The Multivac C500 features all stainless steel construction and MC 06 digital controls. This unit includes a self-contained Busch RA 0165D vacuum pump and gas flush capability. It is designed for commercial food processing environments to provide reliable seal integrity and air removal for products such as proteins, cheese, and produce.

This machine features two 25-inch seal bars per chamber. There is a 29-inch distance between these sealing bars. These components are integrated into the all stainless steel construction of the C500 model.
