Multivac R 530 Rollstock Packaging Machine

This machine features all stainless steel construction, a 420mm web width, 520mm advance, and 19mm edge trim. It includes a 130mm die depth, 3x QRP cross cutting knives, rotary cassette longitudinal cutting knives, a trim canister, and an 800mm discharge conveyor. The unit operates on 240V/3PH/60HZ power.

The machine offers six Vario configurations with specific package and forming dimensions. For example, Vario 1 provides a package size of 401 x 260 mm while Vario 6 results in a 133.67 x 173.33 mm package. Each configuration is designed for surface seal applications to accommodate different production needs.
