MULTIVAC R085 ROLLSTOCK SYSTEM

This system is designed for bulk, strips, and steak applications. Because it features vacuum and MAP capabilities, it is suitable for processing meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, prepared foods, and items in the bakery or pet food industries.

The machine operates on a 220V/3PH/60HZ electrical supply. It features an AC motor drive with a nickel-plated transport chain and a stainless steel control cabinet containing an integrated operating terminal.

The system offers flexible top and bottom web capability with a 422 mm nominal width. It includes mechanical film unwinds for both the top and bottom webs to facilitate high-throughput production.

This unit is equipped with magnetic safety guards and interlocked covers. The machine also includes an integrated vacuum pump provision for gas-flushing ready operations.

The system utilizes a Multivac IPC 06 control with Windows Embedded and integrated diagnostics. The forming and sealing pneumatic system is managed by Multivac proportional pressure regulation.
