The machine's outer dimensions are 37'5" long x 43" wide x 7'6" tall. The system processes a web width of 422mm with a 1020mm advance. Specifically, the tooling is configured to produce two 38.5" long cook-in bag logs with package dimensions of 190.5mm x 1020mm, forming into 135mm x 980mm.

This unit includes three specific vacuum pumps for operation. The setup features a remote Busch double stack RA 0305D for sealing, a Busch CB 0250 B for forming, and a Busch WV 1000C Booster for sealing.
