The unit features a container case measuring approximately 35" wide x 50" long x 93" tall. The system includes a hopper sized at approximately 129.5" x 53.075" x 42.25" tall and a bucket with dimensions of 50" wide x 56.653" deep x 94.288" tall. This equipment operates on a 3/60/460 Volt, 60 Amp electrical system. It is powered by a 5hp hydraulic unit to operate the tilt mechanism. These specifications are standard for industrial food processing applications.

The control panel features an Allen Bradley compactlogix L18ER PLC, an A/B panelview plus 7, and an A/B powerflex 525. These components manage the operation of the tote discharge system.

The setup includes a 133.49" long black PVC belt conveyor with a 20" width and 19" usable width. Additionally, it features an incline cleated belt conveyor with a 14" long cleat area and a discharge height of 51.594" tall.

This system is designed to handle plastic bulk totes measuring 45" x 48" x 25" tall and 34" tall. It offers 135 degrees of rotation to facilitate the discharge of material into downstream equipment.
