PACK LEADER PL-221 Labeler

The Pack Leader PL-221 is a top and bottom labeler that applies labels simultaneously. It is designed to handle various label sizes, with a maximum size of H:150 mm x L:300 mm. The machine features adjustable guide rails to accommodate different dimensions, ensuring versatile application for industrial packaging lines.

The conveyor speed ranges from 5 to 40m/min, while the dispensing speed is rated at 40m/min. A stepper motor drives the dispenser to ensure consistent performance during operation. These specifications allow for reliable integration into high-volume food processing and packaging environments.

This unit features a Delta HMI with a color display and supports 30 programs. It includes a built-in counter to track labeled products and a batch mode that automatically stops production once a goal is reached. Additionally, an auto-stop system triggers if a label is missing during the process.

The unit features stainless steel and aluminum construction with a stainless steel control box. It is mounted on castors equipped with leveling feet for mobility and stability. The applicator height is 150mm, and the conveyor width is 200mm with adjustable guide rails up to 250 mm.
