Premier Handling Solutions PHSBlock – SS25 Pallet Dispenser/Stacker

The unit features a 25 pallet capacity and can handle standard BLOCK wood 40" x 48 x 6 pallets. Its approximate dimensions are 60" x 61" x 148". This stainless steel machine is designed for industrial food processing environments to organize bulk materials and finished goods efficiently.

This unit can dispense 4 - 6 Pallets / Minute at Ground level and accumulate 4 - 6 Pallets / Minute at Ground level. The system is integrated with a Siemens S-1200 PLC Control panel that is IP 55 sealed for wash-down environments.

The machine includes front sensor protectors, photo sensor eyes located in the front of the unit, and a safety gate interlock. These features ensure reliable operation within high-volume food processing and packaging facilities.

The maximum capacity for this equipment is 1,540 lbs. It provides a heavy-duty solution for industrial storage areas, including dry storage and cooler zones where material handling must be consistent.

The system allows for 4 way entry using the long side access with the 40" side leading into the unit. This design facilitates efficient movement of materials within your facility's layout.
