Ramon AS-75 Bowl Cutter

The machine features a 22 hp knife motor and a 1.5 hp bowl motor. It operates on 220V/3PH/60HZ power. These components drive the processing of meat, poultry, seafood, or vegetables into consistent batters and emulsions for commercial food production.

The bowl operates at two speeds of 12 and 24 RPM. The knife speeds are rated at 1,500 and 3,000 RPM. These variable speeds allow processors to achieve precise consistency when preparing products like sausages or pâtés.

This unit features all stainless steel construction with a 75 Liter bowl. It is designed as a workhorse for food processing plants to handle high-volume requirements in the beef, pork, poultry, and seafood industries.

The equipment includes a left hand unloader, controls, and one set of knives. It is specifically designed for industrial applications such as emulsifying ingredients into consistent mixtures for prepared foods.
