Repak RE 25 Rollstock

The Repak RE 25 features a stainless steel construction with a working height of 950-1040 mm. It accommodates film widths between 300-650 mm and a maximum stroke length of 600 mm. The machine operates on 220V/3PH/60HZ power. Additional specifications include a maximum packaging height of 160 mm and a free loading area ranging from 800-3000 mm.

This machine includes several tool sets, including a Master Die Set (430 mm x 300mm) with evacuation through the Top Die (NTW) and bronze brushings. It also comes equipped with three distinct Die Divider Sets: Set 2.1 for 2 packs per index, Set 2.2 for 4 packs per index, and Set 4.2 for 8 packs per index.

The Die Divider Set 2.1, designed for use in the Master Die 430mm x 300mm, features pocket dimensions of 136mm x 283mm (5.35" x 11.14"). The resulting package dimensions are 151mm x 300mm (5.95" x 11.81"). This configuration allows for 2 packs per index across 2 tracks in 1 row.

Die Divider Set 2.2 provides pocket dimensions of 136mm x 133mm (5.35" x 5.24"), resulting in package dimensions of 151mm x 150mm (5.95" x 5.90") with 4 packs per index. Die Divider Set 4.2 offers pocket dimensions of 85mm x 133mm (3.35" x 5.24"), yielding package dimensions of 100mm x 150mm (3.94" x 5.90") with 8 packs per index.
