Rollstock Inc RI 200 Vacuum Packaging Roll Stock Machine

The machine features a 320mm web width, a 340mm advance, and operates on 220V/3Ph/60Hz. It has a total length of 17 feet. This unit is equipped with two Greydon Daters, two guillotine knives, one fly knife, and one two-lane hole punch.

This machine provides gas-flush capabilities in addition to regular vacuum sealing. These features allow food processors to protect product quality while sealing and packaging products from roll-fed film.

The machine comes with multiple die dimensions: 4x1, 4x2, 2x2 no header, 2x2 with header, 9x2, (2) 3x3 (one with rounded bottom and one with a flat bottom), 3x1, and 2x1.

The RI 200 is suitable for high-throughput packaging of meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, prepared foods, bakery items, and pet food. It is designed to handle various applications within the commercial food processing industry.
