Rollstock, Inc., RI 320 Packaging Machine

The Rollstock, Inc. RI 320 features a 320mm web width and 380mm advance. It operates on 220V/3PH/60HZ at 40 Amps. This unit requires 20 CFM @100 psi compressed air and 0.5 GPM @50 psi water for operation.

This machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi MTA 250 touch screen controller. Additional integrated components include a Code Dater, a Scrap Canister trim system, and a vacuum pump.

This thermoform form-fill-seal system is suitable for packaging meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, prepared foods, bakery items, and pet food. It can also be utilized in the production of sausage, vegetables, and sauces.

The RI 320 is designed to form, load, and seal flexible packages directly from roll-fed film. It can utilize vacuum or MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) to protect product quality during the production process.
