Seydelmann K124 AC8 Bowl Chopper, All stainless steel construction, 120 Liter solid stainless steel bowl, Stainless steel knife hood with built-in thermometer, 107 HP motor, 6 programmable knife speeds, 4 forward 2 reverse mixing speeds, 2 separate bowl speeds. Safety interlock for knife, hood Noise reduction cover, Electric unloader on right side Built-in hydraulic system for operation of knife hood, unloader, and transparent vacuum cover. Complete vacuum system with vacuum pump. Automatic shut-off for time/temperature. Six stainless steel knives (2) Additional sets of 6 knives each (total 12 knives) With Built-in loader on the left side. Complete electrical starting equipment 460V/3PH/60HZ.

Includes additional automatic water dosing system and oil doser.
