The unit features all stainless steel construction, including a 120 Liter solid stainless steel bowl and a stainless steel knife hood with a built-in thermometer. This robust design is intended for industrial food processing applications such as meat, poultry, and seafood blending.

This machine operates with a 107 HP motor and offers 6 programmable knife speeds. Additionally, it features 4 forward and 2 reverse mixing speeds along with 2 separate bowl speeds to ensure consistency during the emulsification process.
