The Solbern BF95X is a single lane folding machine featuring 34 folding platforms and a straight-line conveyor design. It utilizes a PLC controlled system with photocell detection to manage no-wrap or no-spray scenarios. The construction consists of stainless steel and plastic, making it capable of being washed down in food processing environments.

A folding cam system provides controlled platform open and close action for consistent results. This machine is capable of variable speeds reaching up to 60 pieces per minute. It also includes a return platform conveyor assembly to assist with production flow.
