Tomahawk TH-27 Cuber

This unit features all stainless steel construction and includes a 26.5" wide SS mesh wire belt. It operates with a 1hp motor at 460V/3PH/60HZ. The machine is equipped with infeed and discharge conveyors, and the belt provides a variable speed of up to 75 ft./min.

This cuber is designed for use in food processing plants with beef, pork, poultry, and formed products. It helps improve portioning, cook consistency, and marinade absorption for these items prior to further processing, slicing, cooking, or packaging.
