Ultrasource Bison Rollstock Machine

The machine features a 420mm web width with a 240mm advance and operates on 208V/240V/3PH/60HZ. It includes an upgraded 10" touchscreen, photo registration, and a Leibinger JET3 up traversing ink jet system for labeling. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a Busch 7.5 HP vacuum pump and is gas flush capable to ensure product freshness.

A guillotine knife provides a crisp 1/2 index cut, while a 3 track 2 row divider set with rotary cutting ensures precision. The system also incorporates vacuum canister trim removal for cleaner operations. These components work together to provide high-quality results during the packaging process.

This unit is equipped with 1x1, 2x1, 2x2, and 3x2 tooling sets. It also features a roller discharge system to facilitate smooth operation. For easy handling of the finished product, it includes an EZ peel header.
