JWE CSM26-21S Hog Scalder/Dehairer

This machine provides automatic control over both the scalding and dehairing processes. Operators can adjust the scalding temperature and set the dehairing time directly at the control panel. The unit features two dehairing rolls, a pneumatically activated ejector, and an activated cover to streamline production for commercial meat processing facilities.

The unit can process up to approximately 15 pigs per hour. The scalding and dehairing period is approximately three minutes, and it is capable of handling pigs weighing up to approximately 300 kg.

The machine is equipped with a 3.0 kW motor that runs at a speed of 140 rpm. It operates on 220V/3PH/60HZ and requires 75 Amps.

The unit is designed with water outlets located on both sides for operational convenience. It also incorporates a pneumatically activated ejector and an activated cover to assist in the processing of livestock.
