Unified Orion 10 Head Scale

The scale accommodates a minimum weight of 10 gm and a maximum weight of 1.5 kg. It is capable of packaging 10-65 cycles per minute. This industrial unit features stainless steel construction with a 2.5 Liter dimpled contact surface for reliable portioning in food processing environments.

This system includes a set of 10 linear vibrators, feed hoppers, and weigh hoppers. The configuration also features a 6' x 6' stainless steel mezzanine platform for the combination scale, a Z Bucket Conveyor to lift product from a lower level, and a 10' horizontal indexing belt conveyor.
